Terms of Service

These terms apply to the public PromptPappa website. Specific custom website projects, starter-site purchases or other paid work should be governed by the proposal, order, license or service agreement provided for that transaction.

Website information

Content on this site explains PromptPappa services, design philosophy and examples. Concept examples are identified as concepts and are not presented as client results, guarantees or performance claims.

Custom website projects

Project scope, price, schedule, responsibilities, revisions, payment terms and ownership or licensing of deliverables should be defined in the written agreement for that project before production begins.

Starter sites and templates

Starter sites are a separate product from custom website design. Any purchase should state what files or access are included, the permitted license/use, support level, delivery method and any applicable refund terms before payment.

Third-party platforms

Hosting, domains, advertising, analytics, payments and other third-party services may have separate terms and eligibility requirements. PromptPappa does not guarantee the performance or continued availability of third-party platforms.

No guaranteed business result

A website can support marketing and sales, but PromptPappa does not guarantee rankings, leads, revenue, advertising performance or a particular business result unless a separate written agreement explicitly says otherwise.
